Steve has 25 years of real estate experience in the Amarillo market. Steve joined J.Gaut &Associates in September 2003. Steve is active in all phases of commercial real estate. At JG&A, Steve is active negotiating sales and leases in the Amarillo market. Steve's long term involvement in commercial real estate valuation and consulting allow him to examine and connect with buyers and sellers of income and investment properties. Steve has both the MAI and CCIM professional Designation.

• Rainbow Foods Building - Represented the Buyer in the purchase of 52,000 S.F. building for Ashley Furniture.
  
• Civic Circle Shopping Center - Represented Buyer in purchase of multi-tenant income property.
  
• 100 Westgate Parkway - Represented both the Buyer and the Seller in the sale of retail store to Barnes Jewelry.
  
• American Housing Foundation and Baptist Community Services - Represented the Sellers in the sale of.58 acres of development land in Westcliff Park.
  
• Trophy Health Care land site - represented Buyer and Seller in acquisition of 4 acre land site for construction of High Plains Hospital.

Steve is a West Texas native who attended Texas Tech University and did post graduate study at Baylor University. Steve has been a real estate broker in Texas since 1978. Steve is a competitive golfer, well known in the area.
